On our short trip to Phuket/Thailand in the beginning of December we conducted a highly interesting seminar with local hotel managers. The most important online portal for participants is TripAdvisor. Depending on the target group of the resort, also portals such as HolidayCheck or the largest OTA in Asia, Agoda, are relevant regarding Online Reputation. In addition to the training we took the opportunity to visit the Six Senses Resort Yao Noi and informed us about the resort concept with a special focus on sustainability and regionality. Additionally, we exchanged know-how with the local management team on a professional level.
